All services are accessible remotely, enabling users to manage their accounts conveniently via the my.t care app on their mobile devices.

The app is available to all my.t customers—whether fixed line, home, or mobile services—in Mauritius and Rodrigues. A compatible smartphone or tablet and any local SIM card (my.t mobile or other operators registered under the user’s name) are required for access.

For Fixed Line account holders, the application offers functionalities such as:

• Viewing account details
• Accessing billing statements
• Checking the status of TV decoders and Wi-Fi routers at the premises
• Monitoring internet usage
• Subscribing to new fixed lines
• Upgrading Internet & TV services on existing fixed lines
