Description:

The my.t care application offers a comprehensive platform designed for efficient management of various my.t and telecommunications services. This integrated tool facilitates the control of Fixed Line, Internet, TV, my.t Prepay, and my.t Postpay services within a single interface.

Users can perform a range of actions including subscribing to or upgrading services, settling bills, accessing billing statements, retrieving PINs and PUK codes, and utilizing self-help troubleshooting features. All services are accessible remotely, enabling users to manage their accounts conveniently via the my.t care app on their mobile devices.

The app is available to all my.t customers—whether fixed line, home, or mobile services—in Mauritius and Rodrigues. A compatible smartphone or tablet and any local SIM card (my.t mobile or other operators registered under the user’s name) are required for access.

For Fixed Line account holders, the application offers functionalities such as:

<li>Viewing account details</li>
<li>Accessing billing statements</li>
<li>Checking the status of TV decoders and Wi-Fi routers at the premises</li>
<li>Monitoring internet usage</li>
<li>Subscribing to new fixed lines</li>
<li>Upgrading Internet & TV services on existing fixed lines</li>
<li>Adding Value Added Services (e.g., Call Waiting, Caller ID)</li>
<li>Downloading and sharing bills</li>
<li>Registering for eBill to receive bills via email</li>
<li>Paying bills online</li>
<li>Downloading and sharing payment receipts</li>
<li>Accessing support for issues such as device reboots or Wi-Fi password changes</li>
</ul>

Prepay account users can benefit from functionalities including:
<ul>
<li>Viewing current balance and internet usage details</li>
<li>Managing SIM information (PIN, PUK, network status)</li>
<li>Recharging their own or others’ my.t mobile accounts</li>
<li>Obtaining emergency credit when balance drops below Rs 5.00</li>
<li>Purchasing data packs for themselves or friends</li>
<li>Buying Deezer subscriptions</li>
<li>Enabling 5G connectivity on compatible devices</li>
<li>S switching to eSIM technology</li>
<li>Accessing support for assistance with account or device issues</li>
</ul>

Postpay account holders can utilize features such as:
<ul>
<li>Reviewing account information and internet usage</li>
<li>Managing SIM details (PIN, PUK, network status)</li>
<li>Viewing billing statements and upgrading plans</li>
<li>Enhancing data with Booster offers</li>
<li>Subscribing to new services and Value Added Services like Call Waiting and Caller ID</li>
<li>Paying bills online and sharing payment receipts</li>
<li>Upgrading Deezer subscriptions</li>
<li>Activating 5G connections on supported devices</li>
<li>S switching to eSIM technology</li>
<li>Receiving support for technical issues or inquiries</li>

An additional set of features includes the ability to view and pay all Mauritius Telecom bills—covering my.t home and my.t Postpay—directly through the app. Moreover, users can manage accounts of other individuals’ my.t home and mobile services, including Prepay and Postpay accounts.
